Paver question...

My original idea was a 12x10 patio made with EPH Chiseled stone in slate blue...

https://www.ephenry.com/products/pavers/standard-pavers/chiseled-stone/

I chose chiseled stone 2 (the larger size) for this as I just thought it would be easier to lay larger pavers than smaller ones.

Now I have pretty much decided on expanded it to ~18x12 just to get it out from the house some more.

This requires another pallet of pavers..What would you guys do ? Get another pallet of Chiseled stone 2 (the same sizes), or get a pallet of chiseled stone 1 which has a mix of smaller sizes just to break things up ?

My main concern is that if I get the smaller sizes it will make things more complicated for the installer..

Also, for the edging..plastic or aluminum? Does it matter?
