My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Fox Hosta Farm

Had a great time up in Chicago with some good friends this weekend; on the way home, stopped at Fo Hosta Farm in Lowell, Indiana. This place was fantastic. They gave us a binder, I walked around and wrote down the hosta I wanted and then they would dig up a "starter" plant for me. These things were hardly starters. Each one had a fantastic root system. I didn't have a lot of true greens in my collection, so I got a few greens that I'm very happy with. I got:

Glory

Midnight Ride

Afterglow

I also got a few ostrich ferns and a japanese painted fern.
