How about an armoire or entertainment center for your TV, etc. That would really clean up that wall and give you something to work from.

A big wall unit with space for the tv, books, storage etc. Perfect wall for this! If this room is short on good light, perhaps get a wooden unit that is a cream colour. Otherwise perhaps one finished in a rustic black. Emmie.

Oh, you have the perfect space for bookcases. Warms a room up like nothing else.

Yep. You definitely need a large wall unit. If you are keeping the end tables, remember it is hard to match them exactly. Maybe you can. If not, choose a unit that has a paint finish- not a smooth shiny melamine as it is too modern looking. You need to find a tradtional style with doors to hide stuff and perhaps glass doors to show off your collectables and a large horizontal tv space. Do you have an RC WIlley's near by? They have nice things... OR check Kijiji or Craig's List. Often people move or redo their rooms and you might get a big wall unit for cheap. You can always paint it! Then place a large leafy plant beside it and place your big wing chair near it with a table and lamp on it to balance the conversation area out.

Hello, I just found it on Bing images, but my daughter and son in law in Las Vegas bought one almost the same a year ago, in black, at RC WIlleys Furniture there. Their walls are similar coloured to yours. You can search "Black Wood Wall Units or Entertainments Centers" online on the RC WIlley website. They absolutely love it! I'll see if I can find a pic of it for you.
