I have ordered from them many times in the past. They are reputable and well known, yet I don’t care to order from them any more because they do not accept ANY returns. Every other fabric resource I’ve worked with will take a return, except for this company. Sometimes a customer will change their mind about fabric, or not like what they’ve selected, and I can’t afford to lose money if they change their mind.

Their selection is not unique, and I can easily locate what they carry, elsewhere, so I shop elsewhere. If you can tell me what the fabric is, perhaps we can find it for you.

What is the fabric you're interested in? Maybe there is a better source for it. Not accepting returns is the best way to loose business...I wouldn't shop there either.

I've bought from them several times. I know what I wanted and happened to find the best price there, so the no return policy didn't affect me.

It's nice that with Fabric.com you can get a 15% discount when purchasing more than 5 yards. I just ordered samples them the other day but haven't received them yet.

I'm not a fan of sewing so of course My3dogs has much more buying experience than I do, but the one and only time I've purchased from Fabric Guru, I was a bit disappointed. A month ago, I bought 3 large remnants of a Robert Allen print I really love, each one in a different color way. The fabric is a linen rayon mix so it should be soft with a pretty drape. Two of them are perfect, but the 3rd one is very stiff and so rough, it feels more like burlap that's been starched. The print and colorway are fine but it's definitely not a Rayon/Linen mix as the listing said. I bought them to see how the print would work as a valance in our kitchen/dining rooms so I'm not planning to use it. If I was, it wouldn't work and I'd be returning it. It could be a fluke, but for this reason, I'd personally think twice before purchasing from them again.

Ditto what my3dogs said. I've ordered from them with no problems. I've also ordered from Fabric.com, Fabricguru.com, warehouse fabrics and my3dogs, what is that site you gave us in the past, barn something I believe? I must not have bookmarked it. The no returns policy doesn't bother me. I have had no issues with any of these sites. My suggestion is to order samples first.

Well, I'm glad there's been good experiences with Fabric.com because I will probably order from them.

Tina, I decided that print was too large for my project as well, so for now, I'm still on the hunt. :c)

I've also ordered from fabric.com. I'd use them again.

I am a huge fan of OnlineFabrics.com. I order from them regularly and aside from a client not liking the fabric, I have never had a problem. I returned the client's fabric with no trouble except having to pay shipping.
