36-inch gas range

I'm not a professional cook but I use the range every day and entertain and I'm looking for a good 36-inch range in the $3,000 - $3,500 range. I'm considering NXR, Thor, Bertazzoni and Verona. Things that are important to me: even broiling, easy to clean, easy to use, reliability. Any advice?
