You are on the wrong forum!! Try Name That Plant for any identification purposes but if blooming now (early June), it is most likely a Korean dogwood (Cornus kousa) or one of its hybrids.

Looks like a Pagoda dogwood to me. Pagoda dogwoods have that layered effect. Do a web search under images for Pagoda. You'll see pictures of your shrub. Look for images of the flowering too. I can't see it too well in the picture you posted but you should be able to recognize it. I'll post pics of the different flowers so you can decide.

Kousas also present a very layered effect. And "large flowers" are pretty classic kousa attributes, whereas the pagoda has tiny flowers, although in nicely sized clusters.
