Soil Test Help

I finally got around to doing a soil test. As many of you know, I've had construction in my yard and was left with a lot of new soil. So I decided to test two of those areas, plus one of my oldest established beds to see what the soil was like. All three were similar. Surprisingly, the established bed had the worst PH at 5.6, the others were 5.9 and 6, so I need lime. However, reading the rest of the test, all three areas are sufficient in Calcium and Magnesium, which most lime additives are. So If I add in lime, do I risk raising the calcium and magnesium too high? Also, the samples I took were not right near the roses where I have amended, so maybe that threw the test off?
