I can't ID it, but flowers won't happen until the plant is well established, so it might be another year or two.

I would take a sample to your local garden center. Possibly Viburnum suspensum or along those lines. Is it evergreen?

Looks like V. suspensum, to me. Does the foliage have a foul odor when crushed?

Thanks Babs, Dave and Rhizo - it does seem to be evergreen, didn't lose a leaf over the mostly-non-winter last year. I haven't noticed any scent from the leaves, when I go out back in a little bit I'll grab the driest leaf on it and see if it emits any scent when I crush it. Thanks again for the help.

*Update* No bad smell when crushing a leaf, just a green, very slightly sweet scent.
