My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hahni 'Silver Marginated'

I had lost this one a year or two ago. I like the hahnis because of space limitations and they are nice little plants. I haven't seen much in the way of Sans in the big box stores this year so I was surprised to find one of these in a local food market yesterday. Back in my little collection!

    So funny you should mention that plant, Chris. I "loaned" my silver marginated hahnii to my friend for the winter. She loved it plus had the window space. I warned her to water it very infrequently, which is a problem for her because she is a heavy handed waterer. it made it through the winter fine, even had a new growth and boom! My over-enthusiastic watering friend just did it in a few days ago. Lol. She apologized profusely. I can maybe salvage some leaves and make a few silver hahniis anyway. I'm happy you were finally able to replace yours! Who would have thought a little market would have a hahnii, silver marginated, no less!
