I am considering cherry. How much will they darken with time. My stain choice will be a medium color. And what are the best quality constructed cabinets that are not solely custom built. I will spend however much needed for quality. I am gutting my kitchen, dining room and washroom to the rafters and studs, hardwood floors ang granite counters. Looking for ideas. Wanting light colors as opposed to dark. Thanks!
