    The couple found the sign outside their apartment when they moved in. I would suggest looking at vintage stores or old surplus military stores. There is one in UT called Smith and Edwards. I would look for similar places in your area. Or sometimes their are antique warehouses that have stuff like that.

    You know what I would do to try and find this sign, I would contact the shop that those two guys host for that show "American Pickers". Those guys are always going crazy when they find signs like this.
