I remember the sweet scent of these en mass. Can you smell the fragrance in the mornings?

Yes. Its a lovely Dend. Unfortunately it is not very happy about Florida heat/humidity. I'm growing it now in almost full shade and it bloomed. I think I've figured out what some of my dends want.

I've got a number of Dendrobiums up in trees as well. Most are D. affine. Also got D. canaliculatum and D. x superbiens (a natural hybrid). Even when they're not flowering it's nice to look up and see them there.
