Rough-in valve leaking after 11 months

Hi I bought the system about 11 months ago, and now the rough-in valve (the control in the middle) is leaking. The shower system has been used for just a few times. I contacted Hudson Reed customer service and they said I should contact you (Houzz) directly as the order was placed from Houzz. I wonder if I can get a replacement for the valve? Thanks!
