love the swivel chairs that "havingfun" is suggesting! Next to the kitchen makes a nice place for the dining room. In general is might be nice to take furniture that stands on paws so you create a spacious feel...

do you need a full dining room all the time? might make bigger use of area if not.

the part of the wall with the tiles is the fireplace .. we would hardly ever use the fireplace however ..pretty sunny and hot weather here mostly. the wall that's next to the dining backing the kitchen is the TV connection wall .. the space in that point between the fireplace and the tv is a little narrow , not sure I can put two full length sofa there and be able to walk around .. I might be getting one of those dining table with a bench and four chairs for the dining . would any of the sectionals with a chaise make sense for the living room area ?

The distance between the tv wall and the fireplace is about 12-13 ft..

I dont see a fireplace in there (I am assuming it is above those white ceramic tiles on the floor near the mop in picture number 1) the measurements you gave are not quite enough info. Try drawing up a floor plan and adding some measurements to it and post the pic. You will get lots of help that way.or use an app..like

returning to my earlier thought. it might serve you well if you switched up the dining area and the tv area. placing the tv on the back dining room wall. then putting your dining room table in front of one of those gorgeous windows.
