Help! Kitchen paint color

Our kitchen is not pretty but I cannot live with the awful gray/white old color anymore. It's been this color since we moved in because we were waiting to remodel. That isn't happening anytime soon so I at least want to paint it. I'm thinking a peach or blue but need help. Our dining room off the back is BM yam color and our family room on the other side is BM Pearl Harbor. Help!
