Might be cutting it close but you should get some fruit if your weather cooperates. Late season varieties can be risky with such a short growing season.

Today's flowers can develop into harvested fruits in about 65 days, assuming a typical mid-late season 'Beefsteak' you'd probably buy, so you are looking at first harvest around the beginning of September.

Bristol is quite far north, so your limit is not the frost but the amount of solar radiation you get and your general cool, mild temperatures. Your combination will be insufficient for tomato development starting around September 15. Using that as a basis, I personally would pinch off all flower buds as soon as I saw them starting about July 25. That date is a good baseline in my opinion for you rather than letting it flower till August 15 or so which you could do if you wanted to just go for fruit count. The reason is to allow the plant to use all of the diminishing energy it gets from the Sun to make flavorful tomatoes and stay healthy, rather than waste it on tomatoes that will be spitters and cause the plant to get disease sooner.

I would recommend a determinate variety like 'Siletz' for next time, especially if you can start seeds.

A lot depends on night temperatures. Tomatoes like warmish nights for fast growth.

But flowering now is perfectly fine, you'll get a crop for sure. Just make sure they pollinate. Shake the flowers, stuff like that.

Is there a time of day window for assisting pollination? Will any time be effective or should it be morning? Noon? Night?

I find that around noon is about the maximum pollen coming out if you shake them. Not sure if that is also the time when the pistil is most 'eager' to receive the pollen however.
