Sorta looks like poa annua. Bermuda isn't known for rapid germination.

Where do you live?

How did you prep the soil for the seed?

southeastern nc, new house, looks like builder used some contractor grade seed we did notice some rye grass and weeds.

Prep before seeding

1) glyphsosate entire yard

2) two weeks later raked yard and planted majestic bermuda on June 14th

it has rained moderate to heavy everyday since it was planted. this grass emerged in about 4 days. this is my son's yard and he was looking for a medium grade thin bladed bermuda. should we nuke and reseed now. what if bermuda sprouts later how would we get rid of pau annua?

thanks for your help

p.s. I have never seen majestic would laprima better better as far as things blades and dark green color.

Looks like Bermuda babies to me

LOL!, thanks reel Jake, I was thinking the majestic would haver thinner blades

Way too early to tell what the mature plant's traits will be. Just get it to grow for now, that's hard enough with Bermuda seed
