'Fragrant Memory' aka 'Jadis' is pink and you are right.

I'm not well versed with yellows. The only one I can think of that is similar is 'Elina'.

I don't think it's Elina... this rose has a definite edge of pink that deepens as the blooms age. Garden Party looks closer color-wise but the page I found says it is only hardy to zone 7, and this plant has survived without protection in our harsh CO winters. It is entirely possible that this was a grafted Fragrant Memory where the grafted rose died and the rootstock grew up - if that helps at all. I don't know if any common rootstock roses have this color.

Thanks for the ideas! Easter Basket says it was introduced in the US in 2007, and this rose has been growing since 2000 at least. Are those dates accurate on helpmefind?

Doesn't have the tell-tale puckered PEACE leaves. Looks more like GARDEN PARTY to me.

I'm also inclined to say Garden Party. I think the zone 7 listing is not accurate...I've seen decent plants of it in the Northeast for decades.

Yes, after checking some other sites it seems the consensus is around zone 5-6. And the color is a great match for Garden Party. Thanks everyone!
