We found this smallish flowering shrub today in the center of the pic. Location is in a power cut in SE Penna, serpentine barrens, dry and inhospitable.Flowers described as a thyrse, fragrant and very attractive to insects.Other colonies at this location will be blooming well into July. This is a neat, tidy shrub requiring full sun, can you name it?
