Thanks for the advice! As for the ottoman, what would you suggest as an alternative? A coffee table? I didn't think it was worth $250 to begin with so I will definitely take suggestions!

I agree with the above, round end table with glass would look great with lamps. I would keep the ottoman if you like it or add a coffee table that matches the end tables you pick out. You can add a floor lamp next to the chaise. Beautiful set! Enjoy your new furniture!

The arms of your sofa are rather high and so a low end table would not serve you well. Select instead a three drawer chest. It will provide a grounding for the piece as well as a good height for a lamp.
