Schefflera problem...?

Hello everyone,

I recently bought a schefflera plant and I just noticed something weird: some of its leaves are curly/deformed and under them there are small dark spots... Can someone tell me if it's 'normal' or if there is something wrong with this plant?

so it was one random branch or leaf cluster ...?

probably shipping damage.. wither to the store.. or to your house ...

i suspect you solved the issue ... when you pinched it off to take the pic ... brilliant .. lol ...

I know the plant looks very healthy at first sight, but 50% of its leaves have dark spots under them... and the new leaves have tiny red/brown spots all over them, too...

Hi!! I know this is a couple years old, but did you ever figure out the cause? My plant has the same issue!

I recently purchased an umbrella plant and have the exact same issue. I have been searching the internet trying to find out the cause with no luck.
