Is this Polish Spirit

I have had this clematis for a while and I "use" to know its name, but unfortunately cannot find anything with its picture and name on it. What is strange is that some flowers have 5 petals and some have 4 on the SAME stem. I did find Polish Spirit, which shows 5 petals, but not sure that is this one.
