I'm replacing the windows in my 1965 colonial for the first time. Im concerned about resale value as well as quality and budget. My husband always goes cheap cheap cheap. I don't want to be a penny wise and pound foolish. also my old windows are wood inside. i question if Im going to miss the esthetics of the wood inside or be relieved of the maintenance?

By the way the Anderson's at Home depot does NOT include screens. That to me is a bug out.
