You don't say what size pots you are using but they look a little small. The plant is probably starting to get root bound.

Have you given the plant any fertilizer? If not you should. Constant watering flushes out a lot of nutrients in potting mixes and the plant has probably used up what was left.

Yes, you should remove any leaf stems that are severely damaged or shriveled.

Pot size is 21" across top, 16.5" high and 15" across bottom. So, around 16 gallon size pot.

Looks like drought stress. Prune off damaged foliage and adjust your watering. If you're located in a hot climate, you probably need to water plants daily at least.

Prune, and spray with fungicide regularly.
