Your house style is transitional so many types of lights will look nice. From what I can tell by the picture, the space looks tight so the space may dictate your choices. I like traditional lanterns. If you like the fixer upper style, barn lights might work.

Very pretty house. It's hard to tell quite how much space you have for sconces, but it does appear pretty tight. I'd look for something compact that will hug the wall. Also not sure what finish you're looking for, but I think bronze or black would suit your house nicely. Some ideas:
