I does get rather hot in my shade house so that might be a factor for sure. Maybe I should move it onto the screened porch first and see if that helps. thanks triffidmoss

Yeah, I noticed that the mature hoyas that are in the greenhouse don't look too happy and ll the ones under my pecan tree are thriving!

I was just thinking of you Lydia because I had not seen many post from you lately. But then again I have been on FB more and Playing my stupid games. This morning my game site is down so I'm over here-hehe.

Thanks for your input I will move my plant now. Any maybe because it won't be so hot it won't need to be watered as much.

Only bad thing is that the Hoyas are attaching to the tree and I remember your fear of the Hoyas growing like crazy and taking over lol.....I used to love fb games too but then I re-started my plant hobby :)

Of course... bella is such a cow that she will probably blast buds because you moved her... :D You really cant win with that plant.

I love Bella! Her leaves and flowers are so pretty. Unfortunately, I find Bella to be a mite magnet so I no longer grow her :-(

I love her too, because she grows and flowers really well for me, and really, her tantrums are pretty minor. She will drop a leaf or two out of protest. Then a branch springs out of the spot where the leaf fell She grows new branches like a hydra :D

My bella dropped the first few blooms it ever put out, twice. I was so bummed. I moved it right in front of an east window, put up a humidifier. I have to remove it from it's perch to water it, and am very careful to set the plant back as it was, because it is blooming. I threw a little granule Tomato fertilizer in it a few months ago. too. I have read they like it a bit cooler than other hoya. Not sure that is true,
