Different bloom timing

I bought three yellow dwarf lilies from Lowes last year, all planted the same, 1ft apart at the same time.. this year one lily has two stalks, one stalk is bloomed out now with the other just starting. Plant 2 is just coming up above the dirt and plant 3 is a couple inches above.

Is this normal for the same bread to grow back in different times ?
