I need to know if the dimentions given for the vidaXL Above Ground Swimming Pool Steel Rectangular 12'11"x6'10" 2'7" are internal or external which would include the framing.

I'm not sure what filter pump to order I'm not sure which one fits the pool I want. I want the 12 x 6 rectangle blue pool
