It clearly likes conifers, which also doesn't help. Could you give leaf and clump size? That might narrow the field a bit more. It looks to me like it could be Rascal.

Thank you much! The more i read on it the more I think you are right . Pictures do not do justice to this hosta. I will check with Sunrise greenhouse nursery where I got it from. Their manager is very knowlegable in hostas. Their catalog def had Rascal in the past.

I have a Rascal but it doesn't look as good as that one!

Looks just like the first pic of Rascal in the Hosta Library. My rascal is in less sun so the wax is thick and variegation is barely evident. I may need to separate an eye or two to put in more sun...

Looked some others including Paradigm. Different plant. Connie, you might have hit this nail on the head. We just lost tree this season and Rascal getting more sun than before. It really made difference, it glows.

The really funny part, it is planted next to Alex Summers.
