My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This floor was installed and stained on sight. It is a white mahagony 5" plank. A great way to ground an open concept space as this is.

    What stain and stain color were used? Beautiful!

    The color we intended to create with the stain is a dark walnut. Yuo need to mix your stain on sight, as different species of wood will take the stain differently. It is best to use the brand of stain that your floor contractor recommends and is comfortable with.
