My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
No such thing as Hoya longiflora. Hoya longifolia is a valid name; however, I am unaware of any variegated clone in circulation.
If that leaf is, indeed 3 inches long (and an inch or just shy in width), I'd lean more toward an ID of variegated kentiana, especially given the reddish tones in the white areas of the leaves.
Tsangii tends to have slimmer, shorter leaves than kentiana.
