I have an old McCulloch Mac3200 2 cycle chain saw. It has an external primer bulb circuit. It almost always starts on the second or third pull and runs fine for minutes to 10s of minutes until I choose to turn it off. Unfortunately, at that point I can't seem to restart it (unchoked or choked) until it has cooled down for a long time.

Fortunately, the saw is so old that it has regular high and low speed easily accessable screws. I know that I could clean this carb and either reset the screws as found or reset them to one turn out and go from there. However, since I already have an apparently (mostly) good running setting, I am hoping someone here understands these 2 cycle carbs well enough to suggest a modified setting from the current position that would increase the chances of a hot engine restart without severely deminishing chances of a cold start.
