It doesn't look good but now you can only wait and see. Did you dig it up or did it come out of a pot? If you dig out palms for transplanting it's a good idea to remove most of the fronds. That reduces a lot of the stress on the root system.

pretty sure it's too late. Looks planted far too deeply... probably had standing water in crown and it rotted. Sometimes just transplanting will kill a palm. Sorry for your loss.
