One last try

Heucheras and I have never gotten along. They always seem to languish and die. However, by whim and blind chance, I planted a tiarella along the north facing wall (of a mostly unshaded yard) and it has seemed to thrive with being somewhat raised, keeping it's roots just a bit out of the water runoff from the rooftop of my house.

I know they're only distant cousins, but it occurred to me if a tiarella could like it there, I could perhaps try one more time. This time the victim is 'Southern Comfort'. It should arrive later this week (SantaRose clearance sale).

Thoughts are welcome, as to whether it is likely to enjoy that position with bright light but only perhaps an hour or two of summer sun in the mornings.
