I have been dealing with pests on some of my hoyas recently. Last week i unpotted a pottsii and put the bare roots in a solo cup to soak overnight in malathion to get rid of any eggs that might be on the roots.

I set the plastic cup inside another plastic container. When i went to pot the cuttngs up teh next day, all the malathion was inside the bigget plastic container and when i lifted the solo cup up the bottom was non existent. It appears the chemical ate through it. Isnt that weird? lol the roots were fine thought!
