Seed Pod Opened

Hi Adenium World =)

I have a few seed pods that I have been patiently (HA! anxiously actually) waiting for. I believe one of them opened (maybe prematurely). I didn't expect this guy to open yet. I knew I had to wait until it turned brown, but in the sun light it looked red? But now to think about it this is the oldest seed pod I do have. I would like to know what to do from here.

1. Can I sow them now?

2. Do I need to soak them in water since they are fresh?

I have plenty more questions, that I feel have probably already been answered so if you have links to posts that could help me I would greatly appreciate it =)

Here are some more pictures of my seed pods below.

This is the second oldest.

The Third oldest...it looks like its turning brown slightly.

This one is a baby that has a really huge seed pod!

these are brand new!

Oh one more question...If there is a seed pod from a double graft...are they more likely going to be double blooms?

Again thank you all for your help!!
