So, I planted about 101 varieties of tomato seeds in my unheated small greenhouse in April, and all of the varieties sprouted, except for Pervaya Lyubov (tr. First Love). I planted all the Pervaya Lyubov seeds I had, except for two. So, ~2 weeks ago, it was considerably warmer, but still a bit under 95° F. So, I figured I'd direct-seed those last two seeds, even though it's pretty late for direct-seeding (I figure it's an early variety, and I might get one or more fruits). Not too long later, it seems both of them sprouted!

Anyway, is it normal for this variety to prefer warmer-than-average temperatures for germination? I'm pretty sure I planted a lot of seeds for it in the greenhouse, and none of them sprouted, even after a long time.
