I love the vanity, but not the vessel sink in a high traffic bathroom. Vessel sinks, unless very wide are hard to do everyday things like brush teeth and shave. They also get spills to the side which have to be mopped up rather than just wiped back into the sink.

I personally do like wainscot in bathrooms - all mine have one. If there is a shower, consider something more tile, not so much wood. Although wood wainscots can do OK in humid environments, tile is a no worry surface and handles humidity much better. I have two bathrooms with simple subway tile wainscot and I like that they have a more timeless look then the one bathroom I did with the "in" tile of the time - which now is not "in". My powder room has beadboard look.
