What's nibbling my pepper plant?

1. I'm in South Florida

2. I rent, therefore I have a container garden

3. My jalapeños are producing like rabbits, but I noticed some nibbles on their leaves today. I see no bugs on the plants or around the soil.

4. My bell peppers are another story. They're beautiful and tall, there is one pepper that won't get much bigger than my first. This plant, however, has spots on some leaves. Again, I don't see any bugs.

5. I clean fallen leaves away from the bases. I feed weekly with Miracle Grow all purpose plant food. With both plants, I move them in and out of the sun since it is summer and the sun is scortching on days.

I cant figure out what's going on. I e posted pictures. Suggestions would be appreciated. I've never grown in FL before and never had these issues in Pennsylvania with container veggies.
