Those are all plants, but they may also be weeds. If they are plants you do not want growing where you do not want them growing then they are weeds. The simplest means of control is to just pull them out and compost them.

The last is dayflower (Commelina)...run fast. The one prior to it is something probably in asteracea. The one above that may be a knotweed or it may be young asters or something.

Top is a Ranunculus species. But I don't know which or whether a weedy or garden worthy one. My guess would be R acris.

Second is a Polygonum, aka Smartweed, usually considered a weed in gardens.

Third could be Campanula rapunculoides. Flowers will help id it for certain.

They are just coming out none of them has flowered yet
