Split flower, but I'm still thrilled!!!

After a year, this grafted plant has bloomed. The flower had a deformity and split right down the middle, but I left it alone. It opened fully today and I couldn't be happier. It's loaded in buds, so I'm sure there will be some better blooms in the future. For now this will have to do.

Lucky you, I am from VN and speak Chinese as well. Phúc = lucky, Lâm = Jungle (chinese). Combine them together you get luck as big as a jungle. It also can be a person first and middle name.

Few months back, I bought amaryllis bulbs from VN, the seller ship them to China, and China ship them to USA.

The process was similar to that of ordering from other sellers. PayPal, and then wait. The seller provided a phytosanitary certificate and everything.

Both of those are just amazing! The next blooms will be perfect. I like the odd split in the bloom. Gives it character:)
