Those bugs in the soil are not causing problems. The pale spots are most likely from Aceria ficus, the fig bud mite, the symptoms can look much like the virus they spread. Fig mosaic virus generally displays as soon as a bud opens, while fig bud mite symptoms generally increase with severity in summer as their population increases, and the leaves beneath appear unblemished. They will probably cause some serious problems if it is them.

The leaf yellowing and dropping sounds more like nitrogen deficiency or overwatering... the mix looks dense, and inside it will dry very slowly. Can you set it in the cache pot on top of something so there is an air gap that lets the bottom of the pot dry out some?

As hoosierbanana says you could have issue with fig mites but I think you also have more pressing issues.

I wouldn't want those soil bugs probably gnats in the house. They will be flying around and moving to your other plants at some point soon.

Also some of the yellowing is likely over watering and other stress on the plant. Figs are not meant to be grown indoors. Best is to place outside where they get some sun and lots of air flow.

Also you will also need to re-pot and replace the soil to get rid of the bugs but I wouldn't do that until the fig goes dormant in November.
