Help needed with coordinating rugs

I have these 2 rugs (1 in LR; 1 in den) that cannot be seen when in either room. However, I need an entry runner that will be seen from both rooms. The first pictured rug (LR) is about 15 feet beyond the entry but can be seen as walking through the open door.The second pictured rug (den) can be seen to the left only after walking about 6 feet into the entry. Would either work as a runner? If not, suggestions for alternatives are welcomed. TIA!

    Those are gorgeous and complement each other well, even though they are quite different. I can't tell you why, but I think the first one would make a beautiful runner, with the dining room being the stand alone.
