This is one of the Jade Pendant babies sown 8 June. The caudex is not firm like that of its siblings & cousins. I suspect that in my desire to keep the seedlings from drying out, I lost sight of the fact that they're in the rainy season in a tropical location and I've kept this one too wet. (Also, it is in the centre of the egg carton, so likely stays wetter longer.)

I've checked; all other caudices are nice & firm. I plan to repot this batch from egg carton to yoghurt cups in the next few days (there are 50 survivors (counting Limpy Larry here) in this batch, and even though I and two neighbours are saving yoghurt cups, we don't seem to eat quickly). Should I pluck this guy now & throw him away? Is there a danger to his bunk mates if I leave him where he is?
