Palm Tree Pests

I haven't been able to identify them but there are beetles in the palm leaves. I think it's a fan palm. When I wet the leaves in the morning, they fly away it always make their way back a couple hours later. Is there something I can spray on the leaves to get rid of the pheromones?

What is the overall health of this palm? I don't know about this particular beetle, but sometimes the pests come in and feed on a plant that already has issues (decaying plant matter, aphids that bring on ants, etc...)

Do you know they're causing damage to the palm? They're a bit too small in the photo to see what they are, can you get a close up photo of them? It's always best that you identify them correctly. Some beetles are predators on insect pests. If you get rid of them you might end up with a bigger problem. Unless you know what they are and what they're doing you're not in a position to know the correct course of action.
