Hi.

My father in law pointed out a damaged area in my tree today. I poked round and pulled off a large piece of the stump where it started to split. I am pretty sure that it got infected by termites as the wood was really easy to remove.

My fig tree seems pretty healthy, but my concern is getting rid of the termites in a safe way to where it will not affect the fruit or the tree. How to get my tree to heal.
