Mixed carrara in the shower. The rest ceramic!

The tiles are 3"x 9" . One can acheive a more modern look when you tile in a "grid" rather that "brick" pattern. It really depends on the context. Here we decided the charcoal tiles would be too busy in a bricklay given the marble in the shower area, which is already very textured.

Incredible looking shower. I think the more elongated Subway tile just looks awesome!

We do not have the 3x9", but we have a 3x8" and a 4x12" which give same same elongated subway style (see pictures attached).

Floor the floor it looks like they have used a premium Nero Marquina, it is a lot blacker with less veining so definitely not a China Black. We offer the same product for $11.45SF in 5/8" or a 1x1": http://www.thebuilderdepot.com/blackstone-marble.html

Carrara Bianco 3x8" Honed is $7.50SF (available in polished as well): http://www.thebuilderdepot.com/cacbiho3x8su.html

The 4x12" is available in Bianco and Venato (for a whiter look): http://www.thebuilderdepot.com/cvh-4x12-sub.html

Prices are valid thru 2015 (maybe longer but we have to put an end date on Houzz).

For the charcoal look I would recommend either a charcoal porcelain or for $9.95SF a 4x12" Glass Subway Tile (currently free shipping too): http://www.thebuilderdepot.com/glass.html

    Price valid thru 2015.
