It looks fine, perfectly healthy. Actually, it seems like you may have two keikis (baby orchids) sprouting from one of those flower spikes (the other is dead and you can cut it off). Start doing some searching in this forum for general phalaenopsis care. There's a wealth of information about how to keep orchids healthy in your growing conditions, and soon enough you'll have more flowers! And two little orchids, it seems.

In my opinion, unless you have some experience growing orchids, I'd suggest forgetting about the keikis for now and concentrating on the main plant. If you decide to do this, cut all three stems @ 1/2" from where they come out of the main stem of the plant.

If you have had this orchid for more than 3 months, I'd say keep up what you are doing as it looks healthy.

If not, in my opinion the combination of the plastic pot inside of the hole-less decorative container may cause issues. Roots like air and sometimes they struggle after being in the decorative pots for long periods, especially if spagh moss is the medium being used. Get it out of the decorative pot (or get one that is larger or has holes also) and let that orchid's feet/toes get some air :).

Looks pretty good! Cut that brown apike

off with sterile scissors where the brown meets the green ( don't cut the green..just as close as you can get). Can you find out how

old it is and when the last time it was re potted??

-Also where do you live?

What's your high and low temps right now? What direction is the window facing that it is near?

Is it in direct sunlight?

how much are you watering it? ( should be about once a week with a full drainage after a good soak)
