They are very easy to grow from cuttings, just make sure you have at least one leaf node on each section. You'll get a lot of plants out of it.

can someone explain what you mean by nodes and internodes are? in have the exact same issue with my 2 ok this. one is a golden type and the other is the larger leafed green kind.

I'm actually sort of confused about what nodes and internodes are, if you could explain it to me that would be great!

Nodes are the area of the stem where the leaf attaches, that's where roots come from and also new growths/shoots.

The internodes are the sections of stem between the nodes. This area doesn't produce roots or new shoots. That's why it's important to have nodes with cuttings, otherwise there's no growth.

How many nodes do you typically want per cutting?

How many of the nodes should you remove the leaves from?

If I'm making multiple cuttings from one vine, do I need to be concerned about where the "top" of the cutting it cut? Or will both ends grow roots?

People have their own ideas on how many nodes should be on a cutting, but definitely at least one. The stem stores nutrients and energy which will be used by the new shoot. The more stem you have the more nutrients, etc., there'll be for the new growth. I tend to cut stems about half way between nodes.

You can place cuttings in a plastic bag. Just open it up and wash the plants regularly. That changes the air and water around the cuttings and helps prevent fungus/mould getting established. When there's roots you can plant them in soil. You can also lay the cuttings on soil in a pot and place the lot in a plastic bag. Roots will go from the nodes into the soil and then the bag can be removed. Otherwise plant them vertically in the soil with one node at soil level. Plastic bag can be used for that as well but you need to let air circulate inside so you don't get fungus or mould growing. There's a number of ways you can go with.
