NB would be close but you might want confirm that it can achieve a light blue or a pink in your soil. I have seen NB in MA/NH whose shade of blue I branded as a medium blue instead. A lighter blue shrub that I saw in the northeast was Générale Vicomtesse de Vibraye. See a few pics of blue blooms in page 2 of this link:

Are you planning to plant it in a pot or in the ground?

A good local plant nursery that sells hydrangeas maybe/might be able to tell you what color to expect in your garden. A soil pH kit might also give you a guess too.
